Modelling includes effects of confinements on explosions of pipes and pipe racks congestion). Toxic and flammable releases and dispersion. Identifying potential leak sources, process streams, high and low momentum releases, phase transition, ventilation, congestion and confinement all with modelling examples. 

Dr Madhat Abdel-Jawad

Dr Madhat Abdel-Jawad is a former rocket scientist with over 15 years’ experience in technical safety. Madhat specialises in the modelling and of fires and explosions, conducting accident investigations and advanced modelling of fluid-structural interaction. He is also a PhD holder and qualified expert user of several consequence, structural analysis and QRA software packages.
