It is becoming accepted fact that corporate diversity is a major driver in building an innovative and competitive workplace. At an individual level it is our virtues and values that underpin our response to change and challenge. How do we define, express and leverage our virtues and values to better lead and manage as engineers?
Join Dr Cathy Foley AO, Chief Scientist at CSIRO, as she discusses diversity and the core themes of inclusiveness, collaboration and the greater good. Dr Foley will also examine how virtues and values can impact an organisation’s ability to operate, including through trust, social licence, and the ability to bring together an ecosystem.
