Telecommunications technology underpins a broad range of commercial and public services which both organisations and clients rely on daily. Understanding how telecommunications technology operates and the services it enables is an important step in identifying opportunities to improve how you use them.

This webinar will provide an introduction to telecoms network components, IP networks and the Internet, broadband access and the NBN, and 4G and 5G mobile networks. 

You will learn about service models, technical capabilities, and underlying business models to help you understand the core technology that underpins your services and explore the opportunities network developments might present in your field or organisation.
