Max is a founding and Managing Director of Flüssig Engineers, bringing over 25 years of experience in the industry as a civil and hydraulic engineer specialising in the delivery of multi-discipline projects. Throughout his extensive career, Max has demonstrated exceptional skills in uniting people and teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that strengthens the business as a whole.

Under Max’s visionary leadership, Flüssig Engineers has experienced significant growth, expanding its operations across multiple key sectors. His ability to align diverse teams with common goals has not only enhanced project outcomes but also cultivated a stronger, happier, and more cohesive organisational culture. Entura

Kate is a Renewable Energy Engineer who has worked as energy modelling lead on a number of mini-grid energy option and feasibility studies.

Kate is part of the hybrid energy systems control team of engineers at Entura, working on service contracts for existing control systems and designing new hybrid control systems. These projects currently include Agnew Gold Mine, Rottnest Island, and Coober Pedy Renewable Hybrid Project. As an Owner’s Engineer Kate undertakes design reviews and monitoring, and is currently the battery integration and storage engineer on behalf of the Owner for implementation of 20 MW of battery systems in Tonga.

Kate was named an Emerging Professional Engineer of the Year Award Finalist for Engineers Australia's Excellence Awards in 2024.
