Overview

This professional development program equips graduate engineers with the skills they need to thrive in the modern workplace, including self-management, communication, project management, and problem-solving.  

Duration: 18-months  

Time commitment: 2 hours per week  

Delivery: online, live workshops and self-paced learning

Who can join? 

Any organisation can enrol their engineering graduates.   

Graduates can also enquire on behalf of their employer.  

Pre-requisites:  

  • an engineering degree in any discipline, and  
  • 0 - 2 years’ work experience in an engineering related role.
