Engineers Australia is doing a giveaway for graduate members to win up to 8 tickets to the 2021 Asia Pacific Cities Summit (APCS) and Mayors Forum in Brisbane.
The event will draw representatives from 130 cities across Asia Pacific for future planning and insightful conversations about sustainability and accessibility.
In 2021, APCS will be presented as a Special Edition, drawing on latest-generation technology to provide physical participation for those who can attend in person and immersive virtual participation options for those who cannot.
With an overarching theme to focus on redefining cities through opportunities and challenges, representatives will discuss what it means for cities to be healthy, vibrant, connected and intelligent.
The summit will be held from the 8-12 September in Brisbane and online.
Following the recent announcement that Brisbane will be the host city for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the conference will feature a panel discussion on approaches to hosting the games from the mayors of cities that have previously hosted.
There will also be an opportunity to get the latest updates on one of the key features of connectivity that will help to support the Olympic Games in Brisbane, the Brisbane Metro.
To enter the Engineers Australia giveaway, email your name, member ID and a 200-word answer to the following question to [email protected]

Entries close 3 September 2021. Giveaway terms and conditions (PDF).
