EngTalk - have an engineer visit your school!

EngTalk aims to reach out to WA high schools and inspire the next generation of engineers.  Engineers Australia members kindly volunteer their time to share their experiences and shine a spotlight on engineering as a potential career for high school students.

We have engineers of differing ages and experience who can provide insights into the engineering profession through sharing their individual career journeys.

EngTalk is available to high schools in Western Australia, subject to speaker availability.

If you would like to host an EngTalk presentation, or to find out more about this exciting initiative, please email the Program Coordinator or call us on 08 6214 6319.

Join our database of engineers available to visit schools

In order to fulfil requests from schools we require our members’ assistance. If you are an Engineers Australia member interested in being an EngTalk  speaker please email the Program Coordinator for details of an upcoming briefing session.

We are especially interested in members based in the regions who can visit regional schools.
