Chartered Achievement - Alex Marschall MIEAust CPEng Thursday, 24 September 2015

The Engineers Australia CPEng Program has been a valuable and worthwhile experience, and I really encourage other young engineers who are interested in gaining their charted status to get involved.

The Program is a really powerful development tool for any young engineer, as it helps to identify and target key competence areas that require extra attention early on in your career.

The journey was made a lot easier by Santos’ dedication towards the CPEng Program and the strong support network available within the company. I’d like to thank all those past and present mentors or supervisors who have helped me accomplish this great achievement, in particular Mark Duerden (Technical Mentor) and Matt Headland (Team Leader) shown in the photo above.

From the left we have Mark Duerden (Principal Facilities Engineer – Production Engineering), then Alex Marschall (Facilities Engineer – SWQ Production Engineering), and on the right Matthew Headland (Superintendent Facilities Engineering - Production Engineering, Upstream SWQ/VIC/NT, EABU).
