Engineers Australia welcomes newest PDP partner, enstruct group Monday, 18 August 2014

Engineers Australia is excited to bring on board enstruct group as the newest Professional Development Program partner of the Sydney Division.

enstruct group is a Sydney-based engineering consultancy specialising in civil and structural projects. It has a reputation for delivering landmark building projects in Australia such as the award winning 1 Blight Street, Sydney and the Qantas HQ in Mascot.

“Our business is about providing the best solutions for our clients which requires our employees to undertake technically challenging work. Therefore we encourage our staff to attain strong technical qualifications and support them to maintain their currency in these skills. We see the attainment of Chartered (CPEng) as key to this expertise and knowledge,” said enstruct group Director, Ross Clarke MIEAust CPEng.

The introduction of the Professional Development Program at the enstruct group provides a supported pathway for its engineers to build and develop engineering competence to the Chartered credential standard expected by industry and the profession of engineering.

“From my experience, it is personal credibility and competency that wins work. By supporting our engineers to attain this industry standard of competency, we have a sustainable commercial advantage in a competitive environment” Mr Clarke said.

Chartered Status is for engineers of all disciplines and career stages, who have demonstrated leadership by inviting independent examination and validation of their engineering experience, ethical practice and dedication to continuous professional development.
