Engineering Education Australia (EEA) is Engineers Australia’s training division. We provide a suite of engineering courses to support Australia’s engineers and organisations to be well-equipped with the relevant skills to thrive in today’s evolving profession.

Our courses and programs

We partner with local experts and peak international organisations to deliver the most comprehensive and authoritative courses in Australia. Our courses are delivered in a public schedule, online and corporate in-house training. EEA courses are eligible for CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours in accordance with Engineers Australia CPD guidelines.

Become a Chartered Engineer

The process of becoming a ‘Chartered’ Engineer certifies that you are competent and ethical in engineering practices. It also indicates you are a leader in the engineering field. This award is exclusive to Engineers Australia and is recognised by government, industry and the general public worldwide.

Join the National Engineering Register

The National Engineering Register (NER) is a register created by Engineers Australia to provide visibility or all registered engineers and their services to the public. Engineers Australia offers this service in order to provide assurance to consumers that the engineers they engage meet the high standards of engineering profession.

Engineering Executive (EngExec) is a post-nominal that recognises the achievements of members who satisfy relevant leadership and management competency standards.

It suits engineers with a proven professional engineering track record who are interested in pursuing management and leadership opportunities in both the private and public sectors.
