If you are in your second to third year of an engineering degree and want to expand your professional networks, showcase your innovative flair and enthusiasm for the engineering profession, then Engineers Australia’s Campus Coordinator Program is for you! 

What is the Campus Coordinator Program?

The Campus Coordinator Program is an initiative devised by Engineers Australia (EA) and the Young Engineers (YEA) committee to establish a permanent network of on-campus student engineers, supported and guided by EA. The aim is to contribute to the professional and personal development of engineering students.

Why become a Campus Coordinator?

  • Expand your professional network!
  • Be privy to a ‘money can’t buy experience’.
  • Develop relationships with engineering professionals and EA staff and
  • Develop your leadership capabilities.

Roles and responsibilities of a Campus Coordinator

  • Actively engage fellow engineering students with EA activities and ensure that there is a strong EA presence on-campus. 
  • Promote EA activities, events and initiatives among academic staff, undergraduate and post graduate students via posters, social media and other marketing materials.
  • Support the EA and University partnership Roadmap
  • Be present at key events including O Week and Careers Fairs
  • Be the go to person on campus as a representative of EA.

*Please note that this is a full year commitment, December 2014 until December 2015.
