Member Engagement Manager - Brisbane

Our Member Services team is looking for a Member Engagement Manager who will be responsible for communicating and leading the Division’s strategic agenda and delivery of the Division’s business plan, ensuring good governance, efficient service delivery, engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across industry, education, government and community.

This position is expected to deal with a variety of issues in a busy environment and requires the capacity to deal with members, senior executives and office bearers. This role requires the incumbent to build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organisation and externally.

Relationship Manager - NSW (Chatswood)

Our Membership Growth team is looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for our NSW portfolio of students and graduates.

Using your ability to foster strong relationships, you’ll help build a large portfolio of industry accounts through exceptional presentations and meetings, connecting your key contacts with Engineers Australia’s products and benefits and increasing our graduate membership uptake. In addition to this, you’ll work with tertiary institutions, developing engagement activities on the ground to strengthen relationships with students and faculty and developing a pipeline of engaged and interested Engineers Australia members.
