This professional development program equips graduates with the skills they need to thrive in this critical industry. They will gain essential knowledge and critical insights into the structure of Defence, the strategic environment and capability development and procurement to enhance their ability to contribute effectively to Defence related projects and initiatives. As well as develop fundamental self-management, communication, and project management skills.

Who can join?
Any organisation can enrol their engineering graduates.
Pre-requisites: an engineering degree in any discipline and up to two years’ work experience in an engineering related role in the defence industry.
