Overview
Attend an open mic night for curious professionals interested in storytelling and sharing experiences. A number of speakers will present on wide-ranging topics across leadership and management, and engineering. Members of the audience will then be invited to speak to the group.
This could involve a one-minute summary of how a derailed project was saved, cool and quirky engineering facts that blow your mind, or an unorthodox leadership strategy that achieved great things.

About the speaker
Carolyn is an experienced chemical engineer with business qualifications. She has worked in various technical and commercial roles over the past 20+ years in the oil and gas industry. As a senior business developer, Carolyn embraces the opportunity to explore new ideas and examine new strategies emerging in response to climate action, energy transition and sustainability.
Chris is a Mechatronics Engineer, having had a career spanning Automotive Engineering and the Utilities Sector, and now runs a boutique consulting firm providing services for the energy transition across the nation.
With a focus on strategic program and project management, building high-performing teams and driving positive outcomes, Chris utilises his 20 years of experience to enable organisations to get the best out of their technical teams.
