About the speaker
Darcy has been directly involved in man Vossloh Cogifer Turnout and Speciality Trackwork design processes including Turnout Design Development, Speciality Trackwork Design Development , Wheel Transfer Studie
Design Planning, Review & Approval, Machining and Manufacturing Detail Drawings, Pattern Making, Interface Designs , Project Management, Customer Support (Onsite, over the phone and emails) and more. He has also had experience covering all rail disciplines including Passenger, Freight, Tramway and Heavy Haul networks. Covering many different track gauges, as well as Dual and Mixed gauge designs. I have developed turnout and componentry designs as well as speciality trackwork designs such as Mainline Checkrail Systems and Bridge Guard Vee’s.
With over 39 years in the Rail Industry, Glenn has been involved in both Global and National Projects. Glenn has been directly involved in all Vossloh Cogifer new Turnout design processes, including design reviews, design planning, manufacturing, drawing and design approvals and customer support.
His experience covers all conventional rail disciplines including Heavy Haul, (Iron ore and Coal), Passenger, Freight and Metro Networks.
