Join us as we honour distinguished Fellow and EngExec members throughout Victoria.

The afternoon will include a two-course luncheon featuring a guest speaker, recognition of our newest Fellow and EngExec recipients, and the opportunity to network. 

Whether celebrating achievements or connecting with industry peers, this is an opportunity to meet and network with other Fellows & EngExecs while listening to a keynote speaker on leadership.

About the speakers

Kristan Dooley
Kristan Dooley
Chief Operations Officer, Industry Capability Network (ICN) Victoria

Kristan is currently the Chief Operations Officer for Industry Capability Network (ICN) Victoria where she leads our corporate services department including governance, systems development, HR, administration, finance, and marketing.  

ICN Victoria supported by the Victorian Government is a trusted government procurement partner, administering the Local Jobs First Policy and the Social Procurement Framework. ICN Victoria delivers Victorian employment and socio-economic outcomes, and makes a difference by engaging local industry, stimulating local connections and jobs in Victoria and Australia.  

Kristan is passionate about our purpose to help local win. Kristan has a diverse portfolio of skills with strengths in senior leadership, strategy development and execution, governance and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Royal Australian Navy, Austrade and the Not-For-Profit sector she worked in several international roles, including as the South Australian Government’s Director of Trade and Investment based in Singapore and as the Deputy Head of Administration and Consular Operations in Jakarta. Kristan has a First-Class Honours degree in Mathematics, a Masters of International Relations and is a Chartered Secretary and member of the Governance Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

With a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (first class honours), Michael has more than 25 years’ domestic and international experience. Michael has worked across the manufacturing, finance, and professional services sectors with Ford Motor Company, Pacifica Group, National Australia Bank, Deloitte and PwC. His career journey has seen him go from fitter and turner, to engineer, to consultant. Most recently, he was a Director of Business Operations Consulting at PwC where he led the firm’s process excellence capability.
