Mark White is an experienced learning and development consultant who believes that education and training are the keys to unlock the potential in people and business.  Mark has been working in leadership roles in education and training for over 20 years and has worked with large and small organisations, assisting them in defining their needs and implementing practical solutions. He has designed a number of innovative training methodologies, the Engineering Skills Framework and the Engineers Australia Capability Framework and continues to bring creativity and practicality to projects he works on.

Stacey Rawlings is General Manager, Queensland with Engineers Australia. Known for a passion for improving diversity of the engineering workforce in QLD she brings a wealth of professional association leadership experience to the engineering sector. 

Stacey started her association management journey working for the QLD Law Society in a role that including management of their Specialist Accreditation program. Moving to Consult Australia brought her into the world of engineering and led to her current position with Engineers Australia. Both these later roles have included a high level of stakeholder engagement, working with and influencing volunteers, members and external stakeholders including government to promote the engineering profession and create better outcomes on matters with significant engineering relevance.
