Water is a basic human need and a critical resource for sustainability and resilience in the world's driest inhabited continent. To manage and protect this resource, the Australian water sector employs over 28,000 personnel, including onboarding several hundred graduates each year.
This professional development program equips graduate engineers with the skills they need to thrive in the workplace and contribute to the engineering future of the water sector.
Duration: 18-months
Time commitment: 2 hours per week

Who can join?
Any organisation can enrol their engineering graduates.
Pre-requisites: an engineering degree in any discipline and up to two years’ work experience in an engineering related role in the water industry.
Graduates can also enquire on behalf of their employer.
